With the arrival of more new Tomytec houses, there have been more real estate changes !!!
The elderly owner of a large Kato house has decided to sell up, and go into real estate speculation, so the relatively new house was demolished and 4 new kit-built rental houses were put in it’s place.
After seeing this, the owner of an old style Japanese house across the road decided to follow his lead and do the same …
